Super Flat

There are many applications where a super flat floor is necessary for the application: TV or movie studio's, high racking or very narrow aisle (VNA) logistics warehouses, polished retail floors and sports floors.

Flatness is determined by the skill of the sub-contractor and not by specification. Specification can tell what is required and how to measure but doesn't control acheivement of the flatness. Conslab has the proven performance capability to deliver the floor to your requirements.

Should you want to close aisle spacing in your warehouse or extend your racking up you are going to need a flat concrete floor to get the best productivity from your operation.

In your existing warehouse you may wish to gain greater storage capacity and Conslab can measure and grind your aisles to bring them within required flatness tolerances.

Polished concrete floors look best when the grinding is carried out on a flat concrete floor to begin with. Polished concrete floors can significantly reduce ongoing maintenance and replacement costs.

The success of a sports arena with a timber sports floor is dependent upon the flatness of the concrete floor beneath. Erratic performance of the timber sports floor due to a poor concrete slab beneath is unacceptable.
